GCSE / GCE External Exams

There will be practical / speaking exams before the official exams start, which is normally at the end of April.

There will also be intermittent BTEC online exams throughout the year. These can be booked and sat within six weeks, so they will be on an individual basis. This also applies to Art, Food Technology & Nutrition and the MFL speaking exams.

Contingency Days

There are two contingency days when there are no exams scheduled, but candidates must be available on these dates in case they need to be used:

There are no exams scheduled on this day, but students must be available in case it needs to be used, due to any national disruption to exams.

KS3 Exams

Year 7 English and Maths - w/c Monday 16th March 2026 (held in halls)

Year 8 English and Maths - w/c Monday 8th June 2026 (held in lessons)

Year 9 English and Maths - w/c Monday 26th Jan 2026 (held in halls)
